The Moselstadion is a football and athletics stadium in Trier, Germany. Football club Eintracht Trier uses the stadium to host its home games. It has a capacity for 10,256 spectators. The stadium itself is surrounded by an athletics track making the spectators sitting relatively far aside from the pitch.

Entrance for ticket holders in the possession of a hospitality ticket / package is done via a separate ticket booth. Nothing special here, notwithstanding the fact that the main entrance gives you a feeling of entering a stadium from an era long gone. The allocated hospitality tickets can be collected from 6PM onwards (for matches with kick-off at 7PM).

Included in the package are unlimited wines (red and white), beers (bottles and drafts), soft drinks and coffee/tea. In our opinion a superb deal given its price and the variety of drinks they offer.

Regarding the food, a very nice touch is the pre-match deal which offers various sweet and tasty pies served in buffet style. A very cosy and pleasant experience.

After the match refreshments include a carvery buffet (hot and cold dishes) with a huge variety of traditional German specialties, such as Currywurst and Kartoffeln. The players themselves also join in at this buffet in their allocated seating area. A superb setting.

VIP Lounge / VIP Booth: Most probably this will be a ”once in a lifetime experience”. It is situated on the stadium grounds as an, on its own standing vip booth, but not near the pitch itself. Unusual but very relaxing! In the booth you will find a large bar, strategically placed tables and chairs, as well as the stage where the press-conference will take place after the match. In addition next to this, there is an allocated seating area where the players enjoy their meal after the match, an uncommon but enjoyable setting which makes it very special.

During the half-time break you can also visit the booth, however it is located relatively far from the football pitch, so you would have to hurry. After the match, the booth is open for another 2,5 hours giving you an optimal opportunity to relax and enjoy this once in a life-time lounge.

The seats are located on the half-way line at the main stand. But… do not expect leather padded seats, however it is a superb location and gives you an excellent pitch view. Eintracht Trier Review Sport Hospitality Ticket.

Excellent value for money given the extended time in their VIP Booth inclusive of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The press conference in the VIP Booth is a ”must see experience”!
